After a week of John being on holiday and lots and lots of coffee and fine pieces, I'm back up to 16 stone. So I'm going to really have to get to grips with this.

Waist without breathing in - 43 inches.
My height - 65inches.
Damn. That's a much worse ratio than I expected.
So I need to reduce my waist to 32 inches.
